Filter data from one colum and then fill a listbox on a userform

Hi, I have a sheet called Timeliste,

Consultan

Customer
Activity
Comments
Start time
End time
Total time
Customer ref
Changing order

What I like to do is show this information on a listbox in a userform but only the information that not have End time yet.
So when a employee see witch line that not have a End time yet, I like to get the function that the employee can click on that line in the listbox and then get
a New form up so they can put in a End time.

Hope somone can help me out here.

I'am not so good in Excel so please give me a exsample
