hi Guys,

I'm not sure how to really explain this one as it's not the easiest to explain but here goes.

In cells :
B9 to B13 I have Name, date,Total calls,Time in Available and time on phones.

What I want to be able to achieve is when I put the name in and input all the data.. click a button or macro or something and be able to move it into that persons tab so I can keep track of all the data being inputted for a monthly cycle.

Is that at all possible as I have no idea what/how I'm going to achieve this ?

The other part of it is when I have entered it for all team members can I also put the daily data for example the 24th into a single sheet so I can send that to team members ?

but then remove it after I send that out to the agents ?

sorry for asking so many questions

Thanks

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
You can extract copies of subsets of data using Data/Filter/Advanced Filter. But why on Earth would you want to move subsets of data around? If you want to view a subset, filter the list using autofilter. In fact all the useful tools for analysing data can only be used easily when all of your data is in one list.
