Filter Duplicates, Merging Uncommon Data

Hello. Thanks for being here. Excel is my achilles heel, but would love to figure out this problem. I have a file with husband and his info, wife and her info, and possibly kids and their info. Some of the info is the same, like member#, address, and last name, BUT some of it is not the same. I need to merge the family on one line, and possibly delete or remove the extra info.

I have included a snapshot. Hope it helps.
