I have a list of customers, who have multiple locations. I need to narrow my list of locations so that there are no repeted locations (all unique). Thanks for the help.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Hello juster21:
What column are the locations in ?
What column are the names in ?
Are they on the same sheet ?

Could you give an example of the source data and what result you would want to occur ?

Without any details all I can suggest is that you use the "Advanced Filter" on "Data Menu" , and choose to copy only "unique" values.

Well, what do you want to do?<ul>[*]Create a dynamic list (formula-based) that shows all unique values? [search here for Aladin's handiwork.][*]Create a static list (use adv filter & unique values option)[*]Or use VBA to delete rows with duplicate values in a column or columns? [Search here for "delete duplicate rows".][/list]
