Filter isnumber search remove unwanted characters

Hi All,
I use FILTER(ISNUMBER(SEARCH...)) formula to filter my results based on the cell value in A2. However with this formula problem occurs when there is a special characters such as ; , ! @ or extra spaces. because without typing these characters excel cant find the results. Is there anyway to filter the results without typing special characters aforementioned here. Here is the table sample;

mat no	specifications
120121	pump 10kw, 10h cent, b3
114223	pump 5kw, 20h cent; a3
225336	Fan 2k2; double!

OK found it by combination of SEARCH(SUBSTITUTE) thanks again
