Dear Excel Masterminds,

I have a column(within a table) in which every 5 rows(the rows between the dates are empty) I introduce a date. The problem is that when I filter the column the filter sees only the first date, ignoring the others.

What can I do in order to see the the dates below the others when I am filtering. I am using Excel 2007.

Thank u in advance

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
not sure with 2007, but how are you applying the filter?

in 2003, click the column heading to highlight it, then apply the filter, or select the entire range you want to filter, then apply the filter.
