Hello

I am trying to reduce a Pivot Table to show just those lines where the total is greater than 5 and am getting no where, short of copying the data out of the pivot table and doing it there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Not sure how your data looks, but you could add a column to your data to perform your test for inclusion in the PivotTable. Then you could use that new column in your PivotTable's PAGE area.
