filtering sum in pivot

So i have a Pivot and try to filter the values not between -1000 and 1000. does the pivot filter only apply to the first field under "rows" of the pivot table?

the second field (second row) still shows values between -1000 and 1000.

Select a number from field 2 and then you can give up the filter for field 2
