I have three columns H,M L measured against Product Risk based on countries that I sell to, for example I have 3 high , 2 medium and 6 low risk products I sell to Australia

I compare from one month to another.

I need to report all products where the numbers within H, M and L have increased. Therefore if my products to Australia are now 4 high, 2 medium and 5 low, I need to filter out as the rows run into hundreds

I cant just filter on H then M nor can I add the total as some Risk (H,M,L) may have gone up whilst others gone down as you can see from the example

So I need some help in trying to resolve please

I would do this:
assuming your info is in columns a, b c, and d
In cell E2 =IF(B2>0,B2,"")
F2 =IF(C2>0,C2,"")
G2 =IF(D2>0,D2,"")
copy this down to the end of the data
then hide columns b, c and d
Thanks this blanks the Cells with a value zero and below. However I need to provide a list of those countries with values >0, how do I filter / show these countries please. In the above example all countries will show but if there is no movement >0, that line would need to be deleted / filtered out

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Do in H2 =SUM(E2:G2); copied all the way down.
Filter column H for any values greater then 0
You can then hide column H to clean up your sheet without effecting the filter (make sure to hide and not delete, deleting will get rid of the filter)
