Filtering

I need to filter a group of data that has some duplicate account numbers. Could some one help me get this filtered so that I only see a listing of each account # only once. Thanks in advance.

Example data:

From the data menu, use filter, advanced filter and check the "unique records only" check box. You can either filter the list in place or create a new list in another location as you desire.

Hi, select the values then select Data|Filter|Advanced Filter and click the Unique Records box. To show everything again select Data|Filter|Show All.
