Hi, i was wondering if anybody can help me estimate the cost of equity, risk free rate, and return on the market. What data should i use to obtain these numbers?

Risk free rate of return can be approximated by the 30 day T-Bill rate.

Cost of equity and return on the market are subjective numbers. Cost of equity will be largely dependent on the nature of the business. Riskier business = higher cost. Return on market will depend on how you define the market. A typical indicator might be the TSX composite (see http://investdb.theglobeandmail.com/invest/investSQL/gx.index_today?pi_symbol=TSX-I&pi_action= )
