Financial Year Contribution - Upper Limit

Hi all,

I have an Excel Table with 2 columns - Date and Amount.

I would like to add a validation/restriction where a user is not allowed to make contribution above a certain defined limits

Common Validation in all FY
a) A user cannot make more than 12 contributions in any FY

For eg:
If the upper limit for FY15-16 (April 15-March 16) is 100,000
Validations:
a) A user cannot make more than 12 contributions in any FY
b) A user cannot contribute more than a total of 100,000 in that FY
This implies he can either make 1 contribution of 100,000 or any contribution for 1-12 times but the sum should not exceed 100,000
