HI GUys, i inherited a spreadhseet and some functions which could be useful have never worked and / or have stopped working...

I have a userform that inputs data into a worksheet for me..

I want to have a a check so that i can see if an account already exists

for example

A "search" button that looks up an account number in b4:b10000, if it is there then ask me whether i want to INput a new account i.e msg box vbYesNo

If no, then take me to the location of the account and if Yes take me to my Input form

i hope that makes sense...

Originally, i am told that if the account already existed, then the user form would be populated with the account details from the columns on the worksheet
