Find all possible 2 pairs when given 2 lists

Hi, I need help with an excel formula. I have 2 lists, like:

A	X
B	Y
C	Z

<tbody>
</tbody>

And I need to find all possible TWO pairs, without repeating any cell, like:
AX + BY
AX + BZ
AX + CY
AX + CZ

AY + BX
AY + BZ
AY + CX
AY + CZ

...

I did get all possible pairs, like AX, AY, AZ, BX, BY, BX, etc. but then I'm stuck

Write AX, AY, AZ, BX, BY, BZ, CX, CY, CZ in for example K4:K12. Name K4:K12 d, select L4:T12 and enter the following array formula:

=IF(d<>TRANSPOSE(d),d&" + "&TRANSPOSE(d),"")
