Find and Extract Data from a Range to create a table

I am looking at formatted data that I need to create a table with. In the example in column B, there are three separate pieces of data that I need. I am looking to copy that information to columns H, I, J. There is also associated information on the rows below in Column D. Rows 3 and 4 related to Row 2. Row 6 with Row 5. I am looking to accurately move this data as well. Please see before and after below.THANKS!
