Hi,

i have recorded a macro to do a find and replace on many sheets in many workbooks.
However it doesn't work. The find and replace works fine manually but not in the macro.l No error message shows up. It just doesn't happen? anyone know why?

I am using XL2k.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Windows(Sheet1.Cells(i, 2).Value).Activate
' On Error GoTo error1:
Sheets("Urban Motorway").Select
Cells.Replace What:="1.37412", Replacement:="1.162", LookAt:=xlPart, _
SearchOrder:=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False

This is the bit that doesn't seem to work?
