No sooner have I solved one problem I have found another. I am trying to find and replace in a single cell but it is replacing for the whole sheet. I cannt seem to find a selected cells only option on the mac?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Select your cell --> ctrl + H --> find and replace really should work

You are right, that will happen with a single cell selected. Try selecting the relevant cell and another blank cell, either adjoining the relevant cell or use Ctrl+click to select a second disjoint cell. Then do the Find/Replace
