Find and replace Macro

Hi,

I ve found alot of find and replace macros online but all of them are used to look through an entire sheet or work book, i just need it for one column only. The worksheet is 15k lines and i only need to use the function for column D.

Words i need to change are below
CANON U.S.A. INC. change to CANON USA INC.

NEW ENGLAND IMAGING DISTRIBUTI changed to EXPOIMAGING INC.

MEI CORPORATION changed to PROMARKETING INC.
