I want to replace numerous cells with the same information. The issue i'm having is that each cell has different information in it, so when i go to find and replace, i can only put in the information for one of the cells under the 'find' heading. How can i select multiple cells, all with different info in them and adjust the info to be the same for all of them?

If there is another tool than find and replace i'd love to know about it please.

Thanks,

Bel.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Put your info into a TABLE in excel, then FILTER the DATA using the Phrase or Word you are going to replace.
Once you have the Filtered range, Copy that info into the filtered results (& replace them). You may need to expand on your issue.....as I do not have a visual for it.
