Is there a formula or feature that allows me to find cells that don't contain a specific value?

For example if column a has email address, what would be the easiest way to find records that don't contain @

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
You could use conditional with this formula
Excel Formula:
=ISERROR(FIND("@",A1))
