Find column and row labels of a table based on a value in the table

Hello,
If i am having a table as follows, using excel formulas is there any way to find out the labels of the row and column of a selected value. For eg., if I select 21, the answer should come as 13-05-2013 (dd-mm-yyyy). or if I select 28, 15-06-2013.

This Can't Be Done With A Formula Because You Can't Use The Selection In A Formula,So You'll Have To Have A Macro!
