Hello. I have a spreadsheet like this (600 rows x 15 Cloumns).
Each 4 (sometimes 3, sometimes 5) rows is a "product" (here microsoft yahoo google). Each product has 3 (or 2 or 4) underlyings.
I need to sort (for example: sort all hte products with microsoft as underlying) and i need that in the result there is ALL THE PRODUCT. I mean, if i look for microsoft, i need that excel report all the 4 lines.
I found some macros to do the work "find and copy in a new sheet". The problem is: can i "glue" together 3 or 4 or 5 rows???
Thanks

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
You could put a value next to the rows (i.e in column M) so that you could sort along those criteria, therefore 'glueing' them together.

If you see what I mean, if there were five rows for google, you could put a 1 in column M for those five rows, and so long as you sorted from column M, they would stay together.

Maybe i've misunderstood, but is that what you're after?

now is better

thanks but i ve already done what you suggest (11111 is the product number and there is another coumns like this for date 10.05.2007).

the problem is that i want to have a macro that find and copy in another sheet all the products with google (or another). not only 1 row (here the 4th row) but all the rows of the product. And i dont want to write the product name ("microsoft yahoo google") in every row.

Can you post a sample of your data using Colo's utility below? Then it will be much easier to understand the layout.
