Hi,

I have following code to find dates but its showing error message "Run Time Error Type Mismatch."

Sub FindDates()
On Error Resume Next
Dim wk As Worksheet
Dim ds As String
Dim rngFound As Range
ds = "11/10/2005"
ds = Format(ds, "Short Date")

For Each wk In ThisWorkbook.Worksheets
Set rngFound = wk.Range("A1:A100").Find(What:=CDate(ds), After:=ActiveCell, LookIn:=xlFormulas, _
LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlNext, _
MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False)
rngFound.Offset(12, 0).Copy
Worksheets("Con").Range("B65536").End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0).PasteSpecial (xlPasteValues)

Next
Worksheets("Con").Select
End Sub

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Step through it and see what line causes the problem. If you are looking for a date, you might want to Dim it as Date and not String.
