Find duplicate data

Hi - can some one guide me -
i am using Windows 7 and whether the Excel has any facility to find duplicate data and highlight the same (not to delete but only to show/highlight)

try conditional formatting
in Excel 2007 and above

Goto Conditional Formatting - Highligh cells rules - select duplicate values

s.no. Container no. Size Type Status

then select all for which you want to apply conditional formatting

it will work
