Find duplicates and delete row with the repeats

Hi Guys

I want to check for duplicated, triplicates or greater in a column (column J) and if this exist then that entire row is to be deleted however it must not delete one values

For example if AAA111 occurs four times them it needs to delete the row with 3 of them. Likewise if BB22 occurs 3 times then it needs to delete 2 of the rows.

This is a bit beyond me at this point in time. Can anyone assist? It would be much appreciated.
