Thank you for all of your wonderful posts. I'm a rookie, and have found this board to be so helpful.

I'm having a problem combining information with a query. My query results look like this:

Account ID PO Number Comments
2 56788 New Components
2 56788 New Reusables
2 56788 Filter
2 123

Account ID being colum "A", PO Number "B", Comments "C". I have queried this information in from Macola, and what I would like to do is find all of the same instances of PO Number (example: there are 3 PO #'s 56788 and combine the comments all on the same row so that the end result looks like this:

Account ID PO Number Comments Comments Comments
2 56788 New Components New Reusables Filter

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

A pivot table may be your best and easiest route. The only problem (perhaps) is that it will list the comments in rows instead of columns.
