Find Exchange Manager of different user through Excel VBA

Hi all of you amazing and talented Excel gurus out there. I can defiantly use your help with this one. Would anyone know how to look up a exchange user's manager using there Alias in VBA? I was able to find a bit of VBA code that will pull my manager up, but it only works for me. I need to put in a users Alias (Like there LDAP) and look up there manager so I can send there manager an email.
