Is there a function that will find the first nonblank cell in an array, like returning the cell address or position in the array?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Hi Mike

If the blank cells are genuinely blank (ie don't contain formulas returning "") and the other cells contain text (not numerics) then you could use:

=MATCH("*",L19:L50,0)

instead, which doesn't have to be array entered.
