Hi All I am making a spreadsheet to track Holidays, Sick Days etc..
Col A B C D E F G hold Employee Id Surname First Name Count of Holidays AND SO ON using a countif which looks up the rows to the right looking for where ever it finds H it counts this as a holiday and P = present and so on. Is it possible to where a P is entered in a cell lets say opposite a name that it will return that FIRST date and in another Cell return the last date in a string where P is.
