Find if a date is between two other dates or not

Hi!

I have two sheets in a file:
on the first sheet there are many rows (for people), and for every people I have many columns with different dates: the first is the beginning of a period, second the end, third the beginning of the next... periods are not the same at every people.
on the second sheet I have simply in row 1 all dates (e.g. from 01.01 to 31.01), and I want to see (per peoples in different rows), which day they were present.

In the past I could solve such problem with many IF() and AND(), but now there are too many periods.

Does anyone have any idea to solve this?

Many thanks!
