In column A is 3 group (1, 2 and 3), every group has a range between 1 and 1090 need a formula and/or VBA (both if is possible) to have the solution on column D and E.

=RANDBETWEEN(1,1090)


If that doesn't help, perhaps you can explain a little more..
What logic was used to arrive at the displayed results in column D and E ?
