Find last data cell, skip rows, paste

Any ideas on how to write a macro that finds the last row with data, skips 2 rows, then pastes data in the third row beginning in the same column as the data above it?

Not quite. The information I am pasting is coming from another file, and not in the same file, so the Range("A1") would not be applicable.

I am not clairvoyant. Where is the data coming from?
