Hello!

How to find the last used cell of a closed group? End(xlDown) works perfectly with an open group, but when I close it, it skips the group and then finds a used cell, which is not what I want anymore.

Thanks!

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
You could try the End command for a range, so if the range is A1 to A20:

Range("A1:A20").End(xlDown)

I am using the End(xlDown) command, but it doesnt work with a closed group. If the rows of the range are grouped and then closed, then it just skips the range.

I am not sure if it is possible to perform a task on a closed group, but you could try expanding the group, running your code then closing it again using the code below:

Code:
ActiveSheet.Outline.ShowLevels RowLevels:=1 'to collapse the rows
ActiveSheet.Outline.ShowLevels RowLevels:=2 'to expand the rows
</pre>

Cheers
