Find latest outlook.msg file in a folder and then Shell "Notepad" that file

Hi... I'm almost there after my online searches into this issue. Basically my title says it all... here's the code. It launches notepad but it is all gibberish.

Kept digging and found a solution from "Ruddles". So this code finds the most recent *.msg file (the folder only contains those types of files) and launches the Outlook viewer to show that file.
