Good Day,

I am trying to write a formula that will find the first "not null" cell to the right and then return data in Row 1 of that column. I would prefer this not be a macro just for simplicity. Any thoughts?

Example table:

8/15/2022
8/22/2022

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Will the cell always have "Start" in it?
Also where do you want the result?

It should state "Start" but if not, I will modify that statement.

The date in the second column is where it should be returning the result.

Solution
This solution was perfect! Now the next question is, I want to do the same thing but I want to find the first "number value" starting from the left and then returning the top row value for that column.

As that is a different question, it needs a new thread. Especially as there are no numbers in your data.
