Find lowest and 2nd lowest value of matched rows

I have a sheet of horse racing results and need to be able to detect both the lowest priced horse and second lowest priced horse in each race.

To determine separate races, Date (A), Time (C) and Could (H) would be sufficient. So if A, C & H all match, then it is the same race. Some races could be as low as 3 or 4 runners, but some may have 30.

The price for the horses is in the BSP (Y) column. So A, C & H all match then it is the same race and I need the favourite (lowest price) and 2nd favourite (next lowest price)

This needs to be done as an in-cell formula rather than a VBA macro. So the answer for both needs to be the price that is in Y.
