Hello,
Trully looking for a help. I have excel list with about 2 thousands rows. Names in columns repeats and i need to make a list of most popular ones in column (that appears most times).
How can i use autofilter or list manager to do that without writing manually each name in formula?
Any ideas?????

I can think of 2 methods:

1. Autofilter has a 'Top 10 option'

2. Combination of Advanced filter, COUNTIF and MAX
(a) Select the entire column and copy it to a new sheet
(b) Sort these alphabetically, then use advanced filter to display only unique items in an adjacent column
(c) Use the output of this as the basis for your countif formulae.
(d) Use MAX to pickup the highest countif formula

How about a pivot table? Use count of name as the data and sort descending based on that count.
