find n-th highest value without rearrange the cell into one column (different range area)

I have problem to find the n-th large number in different row and column

Let say if I have data like this.

Unit A	110
Unit B	150
Unit C	50
		Unit D	130
		Unit E	180

How can I find the 2nd largest value without re-arranging the cell into one column?
Please help
