Hi,
is there any macro that I can use to find value. for example is in cell A1 value is 2, then it should start searching that 2 value in the same sheet but from cell A10:A50. so betweeb A10:A50, I want to look for value 2. After finding corrent value then I want to highlight the cells in that row.
for example if value 2 is in row 15, then I want to higlight the cells in that same row 15 but from G through M, so it will be G15:M15.

Is there any macro that can find value and then higlight the row not the entire row, but from G thorught M.

Thanks alot in advance

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
This will find the first match found

Sub FindAndSelect()
Dim Rng As Range

On Error Resume Next
Set Rng = ActiveSheet.Range("A10:A20").Find(Range("A1"))
If Not Rng Is Nothing Then
Cells(Rng.Row, 7).Resize(1, 7).Select
Else
MsgBox "Not found"
End If
End Sub
