Find string from the right up until a specific character

I have Instagram URLs that are formatted as follows:

• Michelle & Nicole (@michelle.and.nicole) • Instagram photos and videos
• sarah engels (@noernii) • Instagram photos and videos
• Funmi Alabi | London Blogger (@funmialabi) • Instagram photos and videos

I need a formula that will return the following:

• michelle.and.nicole
• noernii
• funmialabi

Can someone please help me out?

I actually wanted to pull the username from the raw URL, not the page title that appears to have been loaded by the forum software.

I've posted one of the URLs in the CODE shortcode so that it appears as intended.
