Find text in a worksheet

I want to find a text "Style#" in a worksheet and return the value next to "Style#". The value is supposed to be returned in, say, column H, for each row I found the text "Style#".
Below is the sample:

Col A Col B Col C Col D Col E Col F Col G Col H Col I Col H
123 Style# 1111 Shipping 5.95 1111
456 Size# 32 Style Long Type Career Style# 2222 2222
789 Style Capri Style# 3333 Shipping 7.95 3333
101 Brand BCBG Color Black Style# 4444 4444

How do I do it with excel formula? If no formula, how do I do it with macro/VBA?

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
