Let's say I have a range called myRange, which is C81:E84. D84 is currently selected. How do I find the column difference between D84 and C81? It should return a 1.

If myRange is a named range:

Dim ColDiff as long
ColDiff = Activecell.Column - Range("myRange")(1).Column
