it is giving #N/A error

so basically what i want is by matching today's date with repayment date, it gives me the outstanding amount.

please help!

This data is apparently located in P8:R22, headers and the total row included.

Given this sample, what is the expected result? by the way, the today's date is not available at all in column P of the data!
