I have a column of numbers about 20K lines deep with values negative, zero, and positive. i need to determine the percentage of these numbers that are worth zero or less. Is there an automatic function that does this? If not, a formula that might work? Any help is appreciated. thanks.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.

Let's assume the numbers are in column A.

Enter this formula in B1:

=COUNTIF(A:A,"<=0")/COUNT(A:A)

Format as Percentage
