Hello all.. please help… I’m not good in sql so I’m hoping there is a formula I can use

I need to figure out how to pull information if a specific word/letters are in a cell..

Example: in one cell there could be comments like this….. PO#7100118382REQ5461482AMRUTHABV

If it has the letters “REQ” I need to pull “REQ5461482” it will always be 7 characters after the letters REQ… so I’m looking to pull the letters REQ and the 7 characters after that.. total of 10 characters... so I would like to see REQ5461482

Thank you all and stay safe and wash your hands... CesarAustin
