finding a value in a row

Hello

i can find a value of AG in any row by using;
Row = sum row number
Worksheets("Sheet1").Cells(Row, 33).Value

But if i was to use;

Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A6:B6").Offset(2, 0).Value

'.Offset(2, 0) = row 8

how would i then find the value of the 'offset row' (8) in cell AG??
