Hi,

I would be appreciated if anyone could help me with my problem...

I am currently trying to make a daily report that automatically fills data from multiple sheets in another workbook.

The existing workbook (named "shift reports") has a seperate sheet for each shift. eg. 1D, 1N ... 31D,31N (1/10/11 Day Shift, 31/10/11 Night Shift)

In my daily report I wish to take a copy of selected data from the shift reports (seperate tables for Day Shift and Night Shift).

Is it possible to somehow use the date reference on my daily report to find the correct sheet (1D through to 31N) then return the data from an individual cell?

I think I have a way using multiple IF formulas but they are very hard to keep track of due to the number required. Also, the cells that I am selecting are not in order so I cannot fill down/across meaning I have to re-type each time (about 30times). Any shortcuts would be appreciated.

Thanks
