hello, me again.

a have two worksheets that contains similar information. in the first one there is a list of things with prices and in the second there is list of things without prices.

BUT

the lists are not the same. i need to highlight items that are not present in both worksheets. is that possible?

thanks a lot

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
use the vlookup command in both spreadsheets. If you use it from spreadsheet A to spreadsheet B, it will show those values in A that are not in B. Vice versa from B to A.

HTH,
