Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Where are these lists - same/different workbooks / worksheets / columns? Single column dups or multiple columns? And so on and soforth.

It is possible but without details it is difficult to advise.

Are the duplicates only across lists? (i.e. does each list have unique values? Or could duplicates exist within the same list as well?)

The duplicates can occur within each list (column) and also across the numerous lists (columns)

I did try and put all lists in one column, sort the list and then do an IF formula to pull out duplicates, the only issue with this that it screwed up my lists..
