Finding min and max values in segmented column

Good Morning, I have a worksheet that in column J there are two "groups" of widths. The first is in J193 through J267 and the second is in J283 through J357. I'd like to have cell J16 auto populate with the minimum value and cell N16 auto populate with the maximum value. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you for any help.
